These notes explain how the launch website currently works. They are not a substitute for formal terms prepared or reviewed for the business by its owner and legal adviser.
Exploring moods
You may explore all six mood candles, gift moments and the hamper builder without an account. Mood and fragrance descriptions are subjective product language, not health advice.
Accounts
Use accurate information, keep your sign-in details private and do not try to access another person’s account or requests. Contact scentolina@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Orders and payment
Custom candles and hampers are purchased through Stripe Checkout. An order is placed only when payment succeeds. Until then it stays unpaid in your account and nothing is charged. Card details are collected by Stripe, not by this website. Read the payment policy for prices, shipping, refunds and when a custom order cannot be cancelled.
Product information
Fragrance descriptions express a creative direction. If a product is later offered, review its supplied label and care instructions before use and ask Scentolina about any product-specific concern.
Website availability and changes
Features may change or be unavailable while the site is maintained. Paid orders already placed are still honoured under the payment policy in effect at checkout.
